Feb 21, 2010 - personally, no i have not tried them myself, but there are many reasons why i would. One of them being my friend takes them with a proper diet and it has gotten his abs way more toned then just working out alone. Supposedly the guys from 300 also used them. Now as with anything they do require proper diet and not just ab workouts also do cardio to burn off the fat layer on top of ur abdominals. There is no magical pill that gives you abs, only products that might assist you in getting them.

Feb 28, 2010 - Eat enough nutrition. More vegatebles. Enough protein and fat. Also do the excersice every other day. When training you break up musscle. Then your musscle start to regenerate and add a little bit to it. If you do the excersice to quickly then you wont benefit from the extra muscle generation and you kinda stay the same.
